Fractional Purser for 20-60 m

Finally, we provide command support by coordinating with local port agencies to assist the Captain without interfering with core safety and navigation duties. 

Guest Communication & Preferences: Manage pre-arrival guest communications and build preference profiles to ensure a highly personalized, seamless, and anticipatory onboard experience. Coordinate shore-side supply, specialty provisions, and local luxury sourcing. 

Mechanical Oversight

Management of spare parts inventory to handling emergency repairs and safety audits, to ensure complete seaworthiness. 

SOP, PMS & Crew Training 

Vessel-specific standard operating procedures covering daily operations and safety protocols. Robust PMS configured precisely to the yacht’s machinery, equipment, and manufacturer intervals. Guide and train the crew on guest arrival/departure protocols, post-charter turnaround procedures, and the execution of coordinated safety and emergency drills 

Shipyard services
